Topics covered: Good government must at minimum know the incentives of the four key types of players in politics. Two of these types tend to harm the society as a whole when these incentives are allowed to play out in total freedom, while the other two tend to support the common good. How Libertarianism has been used to justify policies that allow the powerful few to do whatever they want, including having excessive control over government policy making. How Fanaticism first on the left and then on the right enables the powerful few.
